Nope. City has locked them off except for major events because of vandalism and other illegal activities.

That's true about the needles, I was walking along the shoreline where the Boy Scout building is located and they opened up the garage door to be able to take some canoes to the lake, and down fall a bunch a needles off the top the garage door where people had been shooting-up. JFL🤬
