How do you feel about public bathrooms?

For as long as I can remember I've been practically unable to use them lol, they're usually really dirty that skeeve me out. It's annoying because that means I usually need to hold it in until I get home and sometimes it's really uncomfortable. What do you guys think?

They are disgusting in some parts of the world, while spotless in other countries.

In general, I hate them. I only use them when absolutely necessary.
