Do you always fart when you pee?

I always fart when I pee and some of them are loud enough to wake up my family member in the morning lol. It happens when I pee in public bathroom too but I rarely hear the other women fart. Actually I don't care my friends and family member hear my fart at all but I feel embarrassed if the strangers can hear that. Is there anyone here have the same problem?

Of course it's normal to fart while peeing. The gas in your bowel doesn't vanish any other way - it needs to be expelled, and it is ideal to fart when you're on the toilet, far better than anywhere else.
You can fart without the noise - just pull hard on one ass cheek to stretch your anus, and it changes the shape of your anus so that it doesn't 'resonate' when passing wind.
If you have a lot of gas, then try taking probiotics like Saccharomyces boulardii, and try reducing the fermentable foods in your diet (FODMAPs), especially onion and sugar.

I have not thought much about what I do but I think I fart sometimes when I pee and not other times I do not fart. Don't be embarrassed if strangers hear you fart, it is a toilet after all. I mean what do strangers expect if they walk into a restroom. Do you feel you are being judged or something if you fart in a public restroom or the other women will like like ewww?
