People sometimes think they are being stared at in public when they really aren't, but how many times can you recall a stranger staring at you?

Most people staring at me are looking to get in a fight. I've only had a handful that weren't about that. But this one time, an elderly man sat near me at Starbucks and stared at me for like ten minutes straight without looking away. I think there was something wrong with his brain actually. But I'll never forget that.
