Studies suggest. It might be the person can't reference the study at the time but more likely read a news report which might have a false interpretation. I am willing to believe there is a study and will google for it.

Experts are saying. I am prepare to believe a self interested person has said something on the lines suggest. I am not interested enough to google.

Scientists believe. Real scientists don't believe. They either 1. know or 2. are researching. Only climate scientists believe but they ain't real scientists.

No. If I have my concerns about the information being presented I would research the source or the methodology used to produce the result that I'm being told about. Of course that's not always an option so there's always the option to be skeptical.
