Not exactly. Turkey is quite a diverse country. Kurds definitely aren't White, and the further inland you get the more you start to see Central Asian features, but even so they still don't look like other Central Asians. But definitely not White.

The ones on the coast are the same race as Mediterranean people, but I still wouldn't really consider them White. I think they're more mixed
