+1 yI really doubt that a real shooting took place. It could be a publicity show to help Trump in the upcoming election. The angle where the shooting took place is unclear; Trump's immediete publicity response that he raised his fist and shouted "fight, fight" is suspicious and apparently pre-planned; and the secret service team not having expected a shooting makes me doubtful. Trump could easily give his speech inside a bulletproof glass like he has done before if his team really expected a shooting. In addition to that, the superficial injury is the dead giveaway of it all. This event can be great help for Donald Trump in the election, particularly in the crucial state of Pennsylvania.

However, I'm not saying that for sure. I think further information must come in to find out the reality of this.
- +1 y
Of course a real shooting took place. There were literally thousands of witnesses to it, and one person apart from the gunman died. A "publicity show"? Are you really that far gone, are you really so insane?
- +1 y
@PA19062024 I don't insist that It was staged at all. But it is a strong possibility. We can never prove the reality of whether this event had a victim or not. If it's staged, then everything has been previously organized. I support neither Trump nor Biden and I think both of them are bad people.
- +1 y
@PA19062024 If it's easy to convince people that the shooter missed a Donald Trump that big and fat who was standing on the stage and could be clearly distinguished from the crowd, and instead killed a person from among the fans, then it's really easy to convince them that thousands of witnesses were there and the event was not staged.
However, I don't insist on whether I'm right or wrong. It might be real. What I'm saying is that Trump is a kind of person that you can expect him to do publicity shows!! It's not far from him. - +1 y
@PA19062024 The important thing is that, I don't really care what really happened there.
- +1 y
Oh, but you clearly do care. I have no trouble whatsoever believing that the gunman missed because he was a really bad marksman, because the people who hate Donald Trump are the same kind of people who insist there be strict regulation of guns; that is, they're the kind of people who are actually proud of the fact that they don't know a damn thing about them. Raging Marxists with TDS don't even know what gender they are, so how can anyone expect them to be even mildly proficient in their use of firearms?
- +1 y
I blocked most people who claim that today because I consider them either bad faith or to close minded to ever want to interact with, but from all of those people you seem to at least be open minded so ill take it in good faith and instead of blocking ill counter.
So couple of things, the event probably had good security but the guy was on the roof so he bypassed that security. The fact the security didn't immediately blow his head off after being tipped off is suspicious but not necessarily a sign of malice (Maybe they thought it was part of security for example), but it could be a design of purposeful neglect.
None of that makes it staged though, when something is staged you'd expect for example a duck under the desk, gunshots played over the speakers and then some makeup they quickly applied under the table. But thats clearly not what happened, some of the livestream camera's caught the bullet and people behind trump got killed / injured. It also was extremely close or he would have actually been dead.
There just isn't a way you can fake this this realistically with this much evidence coming out this quick. There really was a guy on the roof who now is dead, there really were victims in the audience, real bullets were caught and trump has real damage. Implying its staged at that point would imply someone purposefully hired this attack to barely miss knowing you are then guaranteed to hit the audience, and the person they hired would have known he probably got killed. Nobody would take a job like that unless they had a death wish. Or in the case of a real attacker was willing to trade lives for the "greater good".
So I can assure you this wasn't a staged event. - +1 y
@PA19062024 Well, I guess I do care in some way. Yes, you're right. Donald Trump is a slave of the international Zionist cabal. Like Joe Biden, he's playing inside the system. All of them are criminals. The US has brought death and suffering for the world and it's tyrannical reign will go down in history as one of the most brutal and tragic periods of human history. I really wished that It hadn't been staged and that he had been killed by now, and I wish the same thing would have happened to Biden. Although Biden is a dead man by now. He can't even tell whether he exists or not or where he is. He can't even talk. That's the president of the US!! Yes, I do care about it in this way!!
But let me tell you what will happen to the US. The US will get into a civil war. The democratic and republican states will beat the hell of out each other, and there won't be a United States anymore. The US power is almost over and new powers are emerging. We're at a stage in the world, where some formerly great powers are losing their position and they are taking their last breaths and resort to any sort of way to pospone their demise , and the new potential great powers are fighting for their bright futures. That's why we have the Russia-Ukraine, Iran-Israel and soon the China-Taiwan war which is in reality a war between China and the US. We are at a stage of transition. Transition of power!! What is happening in the United States is nothing but a sign that this country is getting closer and closer to its demise which is just a part of the course of world events and what happens to Donald Trump (who I believe will be eventually killed) is just a little thing!! That's what I'm saying it doesn't matter that much!!
Asker+1 y@SotiCoto you’re sick
Asker+1 y@behnam1999 what about the dead spectator? Made that up too?
- +1 y
"International Zionist cabal". Oh great, you're another one of those nutcases! It was the Jews, the JEWS I tells ya!
Yeah? And a 'Seig Heil' to you too buddy. - +1 y
@PA19062024 I'm not going to say "the Jews", because not all Jews are a part of this. They are a very specific group of Jews.
- +1 y
I strongly suspect that my own mother was Jewish, for reasons I don't want to go into here, but let's just say that towards the end of World War 2 in Europe she was interned in the largest concentration camp in Austria (Mathausen), so just kindly shut the fuck up.
Asker+1 y@behnam1999
What about the dead fireman and injured spectators, all fake?
Asker+1 y@behnam1999 so if you don’t care, why are you spreading disinformation?
- +1 y
I'm sharing my opinion. And I don't understand why you call it "spreading disinformation". You can't stop people from holding and expressing opinions that are different from yours. Besides, I never said that's for sure.
- +1 y
And you're trying to say Holocaust really happened or something? That Hitler gassed 6 trillion Jews inside a so-called "gas chamber" sealed (?) with a wooden door with lots of cracks? and somehow it did work as a gas chamber without the gas leaking out and killing the Germans themselves?
"History is written by the victors".

No, history is written by the historians and archaeologists, using this thing called "evidence", but of course an idiot like you no doubt prefers retarded conspiracy theories.
Yes, of course it happened! The evidence for it having occurred is overwhelming. I suppose you don't believe in the Armenian genocide either.
Anyway, I've had it with you. You're a fucking asshole who can roast in hell! And I don't care if this comment is removed by GAG as well, because you're a shithead who isn't even worth acknowledging.
Now piss off and don't respond to this message.

The shooter was on the roof of a building outside the venue. He apparently took five shots before a US Secret Service sniper shot him dead.
A Democrat would have shit their pants, called it an insurrection, needed PTSD counseling, and called for more gun laws. Trump just looked pissed and defiant.71 Reply

@Kaizer000 What does that even have to do with anything? JFK was left yet was shot dead.
Extremists exist on both sides.
And I doubt he would but no point playing in hypotheticals.
The fact is America promotes guns therefore more shootings happen it's not a hard thing to recognize.
- +1 y
Prime-ministers are more easily replaceable than presidents as they simply exist to serve their party. @Kaneki05 Just like the speaker of the house, it really doesn't change much as the same people he answers to will still be in charge.
A president is an indiviual leader of the state and thou he might be replaced by a vice president said VP is often chosen because they are different from the president and can balance said ticket
. - +1 y
@monorprise That's not true, there is multiple systems to easily replace the president if they die while in power. And Presidents do that exact same thing, they serve the people and the party.
And it does not change much as they answer to congress along with hand full of laws that make sure a president in America can't dictate whatever they want.
Pms and Presidents do the same fundamental jobs, and any leader of a country is a hot target for extremists to go after. - +1 y
@sawno So you are really saying you would feel better if everyone had guns in your country, and that you fear death all the time without one? I doubt tbf I know nothing of Netherlands but it can't be that bad right?
And yeah a few countries have with Strick guns laws as everything is bound to happen sometime but I doubt gun crime and such things are as common to US.
- +1 y
@sawno Gotta come live over here. No one here thinks about this stuff really.
I live in a bad area yet never worried about anything happening because nothing really does happen.
Most crimes tend to be targeted and personal than random here so unless your in that life it normally bears no mind. I have never thought about protecting myself and been out on the night etc. And Corona was just people saying indoors getting paid to eat takeaways that was a great time here at least for me. - +1 y
"Sadly" just grazed his ear? You are sick, sick, sick!
- +1 y
The UK is even worse, then I feel like I could get jailed for tweeting. Corona was just saying people to stay indoors in our case, but in other countries it was vaccinations by force and the rhetoric wasn't off the table here either. And when forced to undergo permanent harm I want to be able to defend myself in a "They storm in your house and force you" scenario. In a country with guns they would never even dare such a thing. So I did feel very insecure during that period, luckily it never came that far.
- +1 y
Far from it, but I do believe in self defense. If someone wanted to harm me in my own home I want to be able to defend myself which is a valid mainstream opinion in large parts of the US. I have americanized in that sense. So the opinion only applies to literal force scenarios which like I said luckily didn't happen. If it had merely been a fine for refusing like in other countries where it was forced i'd just have defied the orders and would still not have needed to resort to self defense.
- +1 y
@sawno What was forced staying indoors? That whole thing was great, people just get weirdly upset over it I don't know.
Not having enough hobbies at home I guess.
Should go move to US then get a gun, and celebrate if that's what you want.
I would rather live some where less extreme though. - +1 y
What Sawno said. You are a vile, disgusting creature for being "sad" that the the wannabe assassin missed.
Asker+1 yIt’s so sad 😞
Asker+1 ySome of the replies make me want to cry and leave GaG
- +1 y
Oh, now you're trying to backtrack and say it was a "bad thing to do". Well, too late! Your original comment is here for all to see, and I don't accept your (clearly fake) change of heart. What's more, you actually doubled down on your psychopathic, original position by admitting you want others (like Putin) dead.
You are DISGUSTING! Good bye sicko! - +1 y
@PA19062024 Never backtracked all, I am very consistent person. My logic makes sense.
Not my fault you don't understand the difference of that nuance.
But good you don't accept it because I really couldn't care, you mean nothing to me random dude on the internet questioning me as if I would be so bothered to fake to the likes of you. - +1 y
Jen, don't leave. If anyone should leave, it's people like Kaneki who only care about those who they align with ideologically, and wish death and destruction upon everyone else. He's an evil extremist, that's why he's "sad" the gunman missed. People like him aren't normal, they're unbalanced, psychotic.
- +1 y
Oh, I "missed the nuance", did I? Nah. I don't think so. There wasn't any "nuance" to miss. It was pretty straightforward. You're upset the gunman missed. That made you "sad".
Asker+1 y@sawno but people like @kaneki05 seem to have a hit list?
- +1 y
Oh of course, because people who become upset when an assassination attempt fails, are "the least extreme". Right. Sure.
- +1 y
@jennz6 I don't have a hit list. Just there are people I don't care about. Would you tell me with a straight face that you care about everyone. Even if I went to extreme examples like Hitler?
But even lesser evils are still people we don't have to care about. And lesser evils I obviously don't want extreme acts taken against them and condemn those who do but that don't mean I care for such lesser evil. - +1 y
There are indeed systems for replacing a president when he dies called the line of succession starting with the VP then speaker, then senate majority leader. @Kaneki05
But in our system all of those men can be very different people not relying upon a consistent majority for support. As I said a vice president is normally selected to balance a ticket with the faction of the party or section of the country not represented by the president.
The Speaker of the House is really the American equivalent of a prime Minister, and he very much does represent the house and can be replaced if he fails to do so as happened this year. The speaker is nonetheless very different than the president representing a more pure majority perspective and is tied to that perspective in his position as a prime minister is.
The Senate majority leader by contrast represents the majority of the States which again is even more different than the other 2 position. If you successfully take out a president you will change the game, that really isn't the case if you take out a prime-minster or the speaker of the house, or senate. As they really are more speakers in that whom ever takes that position is bound to speak for the same collection of men under them. - +1 y
@monorprise That's the exact same. Do you really think Harris, Obama etc don't all work together as a party? And if Biden dies it would all the sudden be a drastic change of views?
It wouldn't be.
Nor would it be for Trump. They all pick people within their party they trust to align for the same goals. And sure they can go off script a bit compared and bring a new personality but that happens in both systems as they are different people after all.
It's not as if Pms are just clones of each other nor presidents but those within the party align to the same goals majority so it actually makes little difference.
I know Americans like to worship presidents as if they are more like kings and unique but besides personality and minor differences in views that party are aligned and heavily work together same way Pm heavily works with his other's in the party. - +1 y
@Kaneki05
Yes Harris would be a very different president than Joe Biden just as Joe Biden is a very different president than Obama. American politician parties are by necessity of wining very large and big tent parties. As mentioned when it comes for winning an election this typical means vice presidents are choices precisely because they reflect the other faction of said party.
In Europe Obama and Biden probably wouldn't even be in the same party, before Biden lost control of his faculties he was a relative moderate where as Obama was always a bit of a radical. The fact that Biden is not in control and those who are don't care about his legacy is part of the problem with his administration.
Likewise Mike Pence is a very different man and would be president than Trump would be representing the more established, christian and moderate wing of Republican politics that defines his State of Indiana.
If he had replaced trump that would have reflected in his politics with as greater focus on religious issues and establishment politics, think more like George Bush. They also might not share a party in Europe.
In both cases the president is regarded as the leader of their respective party largely with the power to define the platform and as such the party changes when the president changes. This may be why you think president are soo powerful and where most of thier power comes form.
That said I don't think we love our presidents so much as fear the other side. - +1 y
@monorprise That's the same here though. I am not sure how aware you are of out Mps but we've just been through a cycle of different personalities of Tories for the past 20 years somehow they kept getting worse lol.
Truss got kicked out within 90 days or something been that bad. They work for the same party ideals but they do have such differences between who they are.
Boris and Camron are very two different people.
So either way you argue it, how is it not doing a similar thing?
While the system overall looks different, and they change names of officials and that.
Leadership is pretty commonly the same across any democratic country I would imagine. They all have leaders that work close with their party that has different personality's working to align goal's.
A president ain't a unique title that just forgoes this common ground, I do think one major difference is public perception but that's not a factor in the objective that it mostly works the same.
Though you wouldn't have a president kicked out as easy tbf but it can happen, I do think that's an effect public perception does have on it. As no doubt they have an extreme reaction to let's say Nixon getting impeached and kicked out.
While in England we more just laugh at it lol.
Oh that's for sure true fear the other side is a big thing but that also comes with heightened dogma to such candidate. And tbf this also happens everywhere even here. America is loud and pushed more into a bit. - +1 y
The very point Truss was kicked out after 90 days is in fact the whole point of why assassinating a prime minister is not as big of a deal as assassinating a president. @Kaneki05 If a prime-minister does not generally follow his or her party's interest they will be removed, as such any new prime minister must be largely in the same lines as the last one.
- +1 y
@monorprise Surely America has a loss of confidence policy in their own president.
In fact I think that was plot in House of cards obviously a show but I think the political nature was on point.
And presidents can be impeached and kicked out on other terms. And I've just been explaining why it's not a big deal that's is more to do with public perception. Than it would cause the system to go off. Again I bring up JFK his replacement was smooth really and worked.
Nixon kinda was too even if people get bothered about it.
How many times do I need to explain to that party thing is the same. Do you really think Trump would get in it if he stood up for the conservative party but then started saying hey I want guns gone, abortion to be legal and ya know what let mexicans live here for free.
Of course not he would be laughed off stage.
They literally have to cater to their party views to belong there and get primary votes. This is all the same.
