What is cultural appropriation according to you?

What do you guys consider cultural appropriation? I have seen videos where for example a person who is not mexican is dressed in mexican traditional clothes and everyone else says it is cultural appropriation except for the mexicans, they liked it. What do you guys think?

Exactly but why would people from another culture think like that (talking about the example i gave), i love to share my culture with people that don't know much about it and it would never even cross my mind that it is cultural appropriation if they are for example wearing a traditional clothing, i would be proud if they would like to try it out
