LEADER:
1. the person who leads or commands a group, organization, or country: "the leader of a protest group"

FOLLOWER:
1. an adherent or devotee of a particular person, cause, or activity: "a freethinker and follower of Voltaire"

2. a person who moves or travels behind someone or something.

I dont participate in that. I won't have a President or political person as a profile photo

A little of both -- in some circles I have to be a leader, in others there's a lot to learn so I have to be the student/follower. Make sense?

But as Socrates would tell you... know your limits... know your specializations. There are some things I specialize in... I'm a pro... and so I can lead in those circles bc I have the skill and personality to do it (like lead a program development team or something). But... if you asked me to lead in something I don't know how to do very well (line dancing, for example... OOOF, catastrophe), I'd decline and opt to be a student/follower of those who know now to perform that task more effectively and efficiently.
