I wouldn't have a clue, but I have my own opinion on the subject in that I disagree that it's a state's right issue. This contradicts my feelings on 99% of issues, but with this one, I think the SCOTUS needs to decide what constitutes a human life, because human lives ALL are afforded due process. Termination of a human life, other than in an emergency, is absolutely a due process situation, per the constitution. I'm soapboxing a bit, but personally think the SCOTUS should establish the point of viability for a fetus, and ban abortions past that point. THEN the states get to decide if they want to be more restrictive. But not less.

So if they decide a fetus is a human at 24 weeks, then states can still restrict it down to 12 weeks or for health reasons only, or whatever. What's funny, is California decided that a fetus is a human at 20 weeks, and need to be reported to the coroner if they die after that point, but still allowed abortion up to 24 weeks. So, technically, the abortion clinics should have been reporting the abortions between 20 and 24 weeks.

Donald J Trump led to the overturning of Roe V. Wade and making false statements about it. The fact of the matter is, in Texas and states that have higher stricter more severe abortion restrictions, women’s deaths during pregnancy have spiked! Donald Trump took credit for killing Roe V. Wade which led to radicalized bans 1-6 weeks and no exceptions for rape, incest, etc. and sometimes the woman can be tried for murder thanks to that bastard I used to support.

I don’t care about Pro Life V. Pro Choice, women’s lives are at stake with a Nationwide Ban! Multiple Republican Candidates have floated the idea of a Nationwide Ban including Trump himself wanting a 15 week ban on abortion Nationwide as opposed to a 20-23 week limit… It is an outrage and disgrace, women need more time to understand if they are pregnant or not especially in cases of rape, incest, etc.
