@Pohjolan Yeah cause no one ever has been incompetent at their job before, nah they never hired a single one.
Every single line of work has someone who don't deserve to be there, DEI is not an excuse as they could easily find a woman who is, there will be many women out there who agree not putting a sniper on the water tower and that roof was a dumb idea don't have to even be specially trained to know that.
This woman just really was bad, she probably got there by knowing someone more than DEI.

@Pohjolan That don't really change my point. Bad leader leads to bad delegation usually.
If she was at more to the side of him would of been totally fine, they for sure needed a big guy in front of him.
Incompetence runs rampant when people are given jobs because of people they know, that leader could of gave that women the job and told her to be the one in the front because they were friends who knows.
But we can't act like incompetent workers aren't hired everywhere all the time. Why would that be different here?
Even military to kings, to ya know presidents have failed it's not new within this world blaming women for it crazy.
