Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Pact Act, Chips And Science Act, Expansions to Affordable Care Act, Forgiving Student Loan Debt, American Rescue Plan (free masks, free tests, free vaccinations, pop up vaccination sites 5 miles from most US homes), expansions to Medicaid & Medicare, Inflation Reduction Act, making Insulin & over counter hearing aids more affordable.
Don’t forget the closing of the border Executive Order because Republicans & Trump sabotaged the legislation which Kamala Harris promises to sign once in office.

Trump’s latest attack ads were lies. Under his administration 5.8 million immigrants came here while 7.8 million immigrants came here under Biden, the reason being the pandemic halted all immigrant crossings, once it wasn’t an issue the number skyrocketed. Border crossings are at a low point due to extreme heat. He blamed Kamala Harris for ISIS which isn’t her issue because in a 2016 Campaign Ad Trump promised to wipe out ISIS once and for all, 2016 promised to build the wall in one term (only completed 50 miles), 2016 infrastructure & repeal Affordable Care Act for his better plan and now he flip flopped to support expansion of Affordable Care Act. He claimed closing the border but, it was President Biden who did it. All of it. Trump promised to free Evan Gershkovich if reelected (We Just Freed Him)

I tend to think it doesn't matter who runs against him. He's hated by a decent number of us former Republicans and still some current ones, so as long as someone who wasn't 80 and no longer mentally fit was running, the independent vote can go an even 50/50 and the Democrat wins. Trump has to have a decisive advantage amongst independents to overcome how many of us he drove away and he simply doesn't have it. Character matters beyond just policy and his desire to be a dictator is a turn off for far too many people. All she has to do in a debate is not pull a Biden and stumble all over herself and she wins and I think that would go for anyone.
