What would you do if you and your wife had a baby, and with in 72 hours, she placed that baby up for adoption without your knowledge?

In most states women, not men, are covered by safe haven laws, where single moms or married moms can leave said child in the care of an emergency worker. They can do this regardless of weather or not they are married without telling the father. 41 of 50 states do not require any notification what so ever to the other parent.

Ladies please know, this is not against you. I am willing to bet that most women aren't this evil. It's more about the fact that men, even married men, have no rights when it comes to children.

I actually know someone that this has happened to , and while I don’t know the whole story, it’s actually quite sad that this woman I personally know got to move on with her life and acts like this hasn’t happened, meanwhile her baby father , that I also personally know suffers everyday because he does not have legal custody of his daughter because of the adoption process.

@asker oh no I totally understand. I consider this girl I know personally as very evil in my opinion. She pretends like this daughter does not exist and has even created mountains for a father to take care of his own daughter

Find my child and take him/her out of the foster system, divorce the wife.

Not possible, the father could file for custody and it would almost certainly be granted unless he was unfit to be a parent. Has this ever happened?

@smurfwrangler you said that this process doesn’t sound legal, and it is legal. I know people personally where a father lost custody of his daughter due to mother putting her up for adoption without the father’s knowledge. It’s a real thing.

@smurfwrangler you seem to not understand what contesting means. The person I know in real life has been contesting for years. Taking time out of work and such to go to court for his daughter. It’s not my situation to explain, I only commented because you believe stuff like this isn’t real
