Would you come to some sort of compromise or would you leave the relationship?
If your spouse/partner/significant other wanted to have a baby, but you did not what would you do and why?

Would you come to some sort of compromise or would you leave the relationship?
I would try to come to some sort of compromise, although I'm not sure what that could possibly be. You either have a baby or you don't. There's really no middle ground. If my partner has their heart set on having a baby and I absolutely don't want one, I don't see another option besides ending the relationship.
I'm always upfront that I have a vasectomy. So that usually ends the discussion if in a long term relationship the girl changed her mind I wouldn't ever fault her if we split.
I would think that there is no simple yes or no for me if I don't want kids. I like to take care of kids and watch them grow but I don't like to give birth to them so I both want and also don't want children.

That is all discussed prior to being serious. Obviously for this very reason
Respect their choice and revisit the subject down the line
We would talk about it.
