There can be no dispute that those who did the deed have a liability to the child they bring forth.

That said we in the west are in no position to object how the kids are raised, with such a low birth rates and a dire economic and demographic consequence in decades to go. We will need their services desperately in 20 years regardless.

The evidence for it is definitely present in places where abortion isn’t easy, or a preferred sex for the baby is in place. In small, rural Indian villages there are over 200 being investigated for having nothing but boys reported for almost 3 years, which is a statistical impossibility naturally. Then you look at China, where people would rather abandon their baby girls, or kill them, than have that singular female child over a son.

There'd also be an increase in infanticide and abandonment. It's hard to do your own abortion without leaving a chemical trace but kids are pretty easy to kill and make it look like natural causes. It'll be interesting to see if the states that banned it saw an increase in cot death.

i mean i'm not an expert on adoption. how does it work exactly. can you just give a child free for adoption without jumping through any hoops? because considering that 80+% of all abortions are conducted cause people somewhat didn't want a child in their life right then, i'm guessing that most people will just bite the bullit and take responsibility, cause just putting a kid out for adotion isn't all that easy. but i could be wrong. i don't really know how that adoption or foster care system works. just assuming.

They would most likely abandon the child…. Or murder it. If abortion becomes completely fully illegal in all states, no matter the circumstances, rape, incest, accidental, contraceptive failure. If an unwanted baby is born as a forced pregnancy basically and the woman has no solution, either she will abort herself which is extremely dangerous, or, kill the child after its born herself like many many cases of women killing their infants shortly after birth due to not wanting them for whatever reason.
Thats my take on it.
OR, they (the women) would maybe go to another country where abortion isn’t illegal, like france for example. But I don't know if women from the US would get charged with traveling for an abortion.. i heard some states are going to prosecute women for that.
But, however, if an pregnancy is forced onto women, its asking for more trouble if anything than simply having legal safe abortions.
These politicians, and prolife people are asking for more children to be abandoned, or, worse murdered by their mothers after birth. Or, unsafe at home abortions which would kill the mother

i don't think so honestly. abortion is mostly used as a convenience thing. you can still "abort" your child "accidentally" if you're that desparate. so those people who're willing to go to that extreme will still abort even tho it's illegal. but for most people it's just a means to avoid inconvenience. so if they can't do it anymore, they'll just have the child

Many if not most states have baby mosses laws which let you abandon the child at any public facility.
The state will find someone to take care of the child, and we will be grateful to have the extra citizen 20 years from now when the work force has sunk to an new never before seen low ratio.

If we need extra money we can always tax the childless freeloaders to death to help pay for the few children we do have that need raising.

Given the west's currently dire demographic situation in terms of birth rate we would welcome the additional citizens regardless of how they are raised in this country.
