Should human pregnancies be illegal and people with children be penalized?

We are over 8 billion people on this planet consisting of very finite resources such as oil and gas and coal, fresh drinking water, and even fertile soil to grow crops and there's a huge misbalance in how they are being managed in the world of a growing population. Creating more people will contribute more to climate change and resource management issues, not to mention everyone is a sociopathic narcissitic violent reprobate with no actual deep thinking thoughts or expresses love (especially westernized women).

You have too many violent thuggish men having babies with women who are slags and have no real maternal instincts and their kids become abusive narcissistic pricks like their parents, more people are negatively affecting the earth's climate with no viable solutions, and nobody seems to care to properly raise kids right to be loving and sociable adults that make the future for people even better when they were kids themselves.

If you make me dictator of the United states I'd have strict laws against pregnant women and have their fetus aborted healthy or not, I'd also invade all of the America's and the world with the strongest military power on earth just to reduce the planets human population by less than 100 million.

The earth can't sustain the current number of people on earth, especially if everyone is just a narcissistic deuchebag.
