In what reality have men EVER been allowed to have a say in surrendering their parental rights? Men literally get sent to prison for daring to pay their rent before their child support.
Having a child physically requires the participation of two homosapiens, one male and one female. Each is fully responsible for the life created as a result.
The time to decide if you want a baby is before you take your clothes off. Not three months later.
Men have literally never been released from their parenting responsibilities, and we have no parental “rights”.
We don’t force people who parented a child together to stay together due entirely to women’s rights. Nobody’s going to repeal that. All they want is our money anyway. “Dad by default” laws are proof that they don’t really even care if we are the father. As long as some man somewhere is held financially accountable, the system wins.
No That's not safe. It should be that the state immediately has to reimburse her for every pregnancy and birthing expense, lost wages, lost time for school etc.

Wait, even if you are forced to give birth, if you don't want the kid, can't you just give it up for adoption?
I think prospective dads get zero say as far as abortion or not. Don't do the deed if you're not prepared to lead.
