In France we can't know because there's no data base with race / ethnicity because is it considered as racist. Any percentage made in this case would be considered as not official and cannot be trusted. The unedited video, due to body cams show the police instigated this because they told them to leave and as they left one mentioned "Betty la Fea" (Ugly Betty). In response an officer grabbed him and slammed him against a wall. First Amendment violation by law enforcement.
The next video they show is a Hispanic leaving the courthouse after charges on him were dismissed related to the crime. He was flipping off the cameras. The charges were dismissed because he wasn't even there. He was arrested for being Hispanic. So, he was flipping off the cameras for being a victim of racial profiling.
During an interview with a civilian watchdog group (read vigilantes), there was an instance where a group went off-screen to attack a migrant criminal. Two problems with that. 1) He's a naturalized citizen and 2) He has a completely clean record. Their rationale was that he was speaking Spanish. Racial profiling again.

The crimes related to migrants seem to be more perpetrated against them than perpetrated by them.
