  Gluten comes from wheat, barley, rye... etc.
  
  So no more bread for you. No pasta. But are you ready for the good part? The only oil you can cook in, is real butter! The doc wants you to eat six eggs per day. Cholesterol is your friend.
  
  But no sugar. :( This doc swears that if your hair is starting to get some silver in there, it's because of gluten.
