Whether you like the Tates or not is irrelevant - if they haven't broken the law - and no one has evidence that is solid enough for a trial - then they deserve the same freedom as everyone else.

If there was really a case, we'd have had a trial long ago. That's what the UK has been pushing Romania for, among others, but they have nothing that will hold up, and losing a case would be even worse for the government.

Where they'll get him - I hope - is if he ever travelled with these children, so they can get him for taking a minor across a national border without parental consent. The problem is that even then it's not a crime if they never pass through a passport checkpoint.

"Pedophile", generally, means pre-puberty children. International law gets grey because there's no hard and fast age of consent. Even the internet is hard to deal with because they have to say the person in the video is of the age to consent where they were filmed. After that, if he posts it online and it's not held on a server in the US where the age is 18, then he's just going to say it wasn't intended for distribution outside country "X" where it was made and is legal.

I really hope he ends up somewhere in a deep, dark hole and his "content" can be removed from the internet completely - make having copies an international crime.

I don't know enough to make a statement about it. What I THINK based on my limited knowledge of the matter is it's propaganda. Andrew Tate, while being an extremist that I agree with only about 50% of the time, is extremely intelligent, quick-witted, and articulate. He can outmaneuver most people in a debate and make them look dumb. I don't think someone with that level of intelligence would be dumb enough to make the mistake of being a pedophile.
