Why don't feminists care more about artificial wombs if they want equality?

Feminists do not care about artificial wombs because they somehow makes pregnancy more equal, that was never the problem. Artificial wombs are good because they save lives and other medically important things. Maybe you are confused because its not about gender rights?

Women have already commoditized the raising of their children, thereby reducing their value to men and society. Artificial wombs would further reduce women's value to men, and thus the power they have over men. Feminists know that will not end well for women. It will also not end well for society, but that is of no concern to feminists.
