I had the usual work this morning at the gym-in fact more because it was a holiday and we had three crossfit classes going this morning instead of the usual one or two. I'm off from my work from hom me job so we're going to my boyfriend's mom house later to swim and his sister's bringing the nephew over and we'll go swimming and eat pizza.

I went to my mom’s side’s family cabin for the week. I was given today and yesterday off from work as well. Since I went on that trip, I don’t plan on doing anything at all for Labor Day. Just glad I don’t have to be at work. My place of work is still open on Labor Day. I think I get a holiday day next week since I didn’t get one this week. Probably due to having just gone on a week long vacation. 😅

My wife and I wanted to go see a movie, but when we got to the theater, there were no good seats available for any of the 3 movies we were interested in, so we came home. We'll go later this week, when there are fewer people. We were amazed at how many people took the holiday to go to the movies. That's a good sign really.

Working. Hospitals don’t close for Labor Day. Plus it’s double time 1/2 since this is already scheduled OT on top of it being a holiday.
