I would say, Trump.
I don't think I can rattle off all of them but:
He started doing his job the day after he won the election.
He refused to take his pay or, if he did take it, he gave it away to charity.
When he discovered there was an older black woman squatting in Trump Tower, rather than have her evicted, he told the staff to see to it she gets clean sheets and towels several times a week, a good meal 3 times a day and fresh flowers 3 times a week!
A couple young black guys asked him for some help with a business they were trying to start, or a house they wanted to buy (I don't recall which) and he loaned them the money. When they came to pay it back, he took their check and tore it up and said, you don't owe me anything.

LBJ declined to run for a second term so that he could focus on the war in Vietnam, even though he had a good chance at re-election. Nixon resigned from office because the Watergate scandal was tearing the country apart. Gerald Ford pardoned Nixon, knowing that would be the death knell for his political career, because the country needed to get Watergate resolved and start moving forward.

Biden resigned as the candidate only after great coercion had been brought to bear on him. That was not a selfless act. If he voluntarily resigned now as president, THAT would be a selfless act.

One of the things he did was give dying people "one last chance". He made it so a dying person gets everything possible, even unconventional methods to give them their last chance to go on living.
I don't think hardly anyone knows he did this. But he did, he just didn't brag about it.

Jimmy Carter, after losing the election to Ronald Reagan, peacefully worked with Reagan on the transition of power, knowing that would get the American hostages being held in Iran released. Minutes after Reagan took the oath of the President, the hostages were released.

This is a bizarre metric, because virtually everything that is done in the public eye by the president is ultimately for the image and often with strings attached behind the scenes, even if intentions are sincere. This means you'd have to mostly limit this to things almost nobody can verify, or are done on impulse.
