What’t the reason behind pride parades in the countries were LGBT people already have the same legal rights as everyone else?

For example in the USA, UK, European Countries, Brazil, Australia and Canada are a few countries were pride parades happen but in these countries I think LGBT already have the same legal rights as non-lgbt people.

In these countries I mentioned above I believe there are already anti-discrimination laws in place to help protect LGBT and same sex marriages are legal.

Well for one thing, its become its own celebration. People do it because its fun, its literally in the name "Pride PARADE". That said what these people usually wants to achieve is not legal rights but to become more accepted in society. USA for example have a very intolerant society against minorities even if we ignore the institutionalized discrimination and laws that discriminate.

Being gay or trans or whatever is something that is looked down upon which they are combating by literally celebrating that specific thing about themselves. Instead of something to feel shame over it becomes something to be proud of.

... and again.. people likes to have parades. This is just one more reason to go out and have fun with the rest of your community.

Here, in the states, they wanna shove it down everyone's throats. I have no problem with any of those people EXCEPT when they try to shove their kinks down everyone's throats. Where are these people the rest of the year? How come nobody ever sees any of them unless they're trying to prove some kind of point? Is it just too much trouble to get into their costumes every day? At least in the days of punk, the punks LOOKED LIKE punks ALL THE TIME!! It WASN''T just some costume they wore on special occasions!! It was their way of life!! We never have straight pride parades! Why do we need gay pride parades? There were never any punk pride parades!! Maybe because THEY KNEW they'd lose the respect and WOULD be called out as fakes!! I'm still friends with some punks from those days and a number of them STILL look the way they did in the late `70's and early `80's!
I wore a leotard, mini skirt and pantyhose on stage every time we had a gig between 1985 and 2005. I wasn't at all clandestine about it, either! Most often, after the gig, I would walk home about 8 or 10 miles and was still wearing that stuff on the trip home! But, I also didn't shove it down anyone's throat!!
THEN they've GOTTA have the ENTIRE month of June to wave their freak flags!!

Mislabeling. Shirtless hunky dudes riding on floats and glorifying in being shirtless hunky dudes isn't about pride; it's about LUST. All well and good, but there's an entire industry built around making gay people think they're horrendously oppressed victims surrounded by people who are one wrong word away from lynching them en masse- not in, say, Iran, where that's actually TRUE, but here in the US, where it's never been further from the truth. This why they talk so much about "allies"; they want the gays (and sympathetic straight people) to think that their very existence is a military operation.
