Do you think Harris wasted time campaigning so hard on abortion?

Abortion was one of the two things Harris campaigned the most on, the other one was trying to paint Trump as a threat to democracy. The case is - it turned out that there were a lot of "pro-abortion, pro-Trump" voters in this election. For example in Missouri, Trump won by over 18%, even though on the same night, voters decided to legalise abortion 52-48.

It seems that Harris miscalculated that pro-abortion voters would in 90% turn to her, while Trump successfully painted himself as a candidate that supports leaving abortion up to the states.

I have to agree with @Apple1996 on this, she didn't talk hard on the issue.

Plus she didn't talk hard about the economy, all she talked about was the 6kchild credit act (which was only going to be given to parents with new babies that's it), 25k for first time homeowners (but how would people afford homes though Kamala, homes can run up to $500,000 and not many people in America have that money). As for price gouging she only mentioned it like once or twice.

I will tell you what she did talk a lot about though. She constantly talked about Trump so much that even her own supporters were getting sick of it and calling her out.

America will have a female president someday, but Harris was just not the right fit and she was not ready.

Considering that (according to surveys) 72% of Americans believed that country was going into the wrong direction, her running on economy, and being part of Biden administration, was a liability.

All the polls on the most important issues for voters showed the economy at the top, all she had to do was listen.

Do you believe it was possible for Harris to win on economy, if she was the part of Biden administration that people considered ineffective on economy?

Most likely not, but she may have had a better chance if she had a solid plan and not just some vague nonsense about price gouging. She certainly didn't stand a chance of winning by ignoring the people's greatest concerns.

Of course she did. 43 % women voting Trump should taught them the lesson that not every woman is focused on killing their baby.

Did she even have any ideas or policies in her campaign? It was all Abortion, calling Trump a Nazi and telling men to vote for a woman else you are a sexist bigot.

It was the only thing that she was even remotely clear and passionate about. And clearly that didn't help to get her elected.
