No.

Intelligence is a result of " knowledge+ Wisdom!. " And tested by application to problem Solving abilities.

Maturity is a state where a person have Experienced Something of "Experienced Life " enough in a general sense that most things in life don't surprise or excite him. Maturity is a State of "Insensitivity due to Overstimulation of sufficient stimulation."

A person can be :

Intelligent and Mature.
Not intelligent and Mature.
Intelligent and Immature (like me).
Not Intelligent and Immature.

Physical maturity? Not by a long shot. Mental maturity, yes. When your mental development progresses it means you become wiser and more able to understand things. In my opinion that is intelligence, and what can be gained through mental development/maturity.

Hmmmm , not absolute intelligence , but experience has a great deal of merit , so experience does count for something , I'd be think more " street wise " particularly if they have made it to 60 years plus...

No, I know some people older than me that were pretty fucking stupid!! My aunt, for instance! 87 years old and EVERYONE has told that her winning this great prize is a scam but, she STILL blew over $11,032,000 on it!!

If you mean physically of course. But acting so? No. You can have someone with a good IQ but bad manners and less mature responses to situations.

As someone with a high IQ can be stubborn too look at Einstein.

it does to a degree as one would expect logical reasoning to be a characteristic of both intelligence and maturity rather than emotive response. Maybe it is just correlational without causation.
