Is it important for men to support each other?

I think it's very important for men to be supportive of each other even if they disagree about some things which is often the case. I try to be supportive as much as possible of other men even when I have a fairly serious political disagreement with them.

You have to remember that as men we are all on the same side and we all should care for each other. This is especially important in situations where difficulties with women come up because women all tend to stick together and when they do this, their joint force is very powerful. We need to be able to counter this with our own organized response. We can only do this by sticking together.

It’s important to support every human being and not only the fellow men, however, supporting someone blindly wouldn’t be right at all. I believe firstly it is important for men to take criticism and not get defensive. Maybe the support that he needs is a tough love and it would be time for him to face some harsh realities rather than just saying supportive things to him when you are not in a position to judge the situation or when you know he is in the wrong but because he is another men you stick together.
I believe we and the younger generations need more education and sharing our experiences with them and discuss the choices we made through life and the result we received for our choice.

yes for sure. men need emotional and social support. it was always that way in battlefields... where men were fused in life.

we lost that in society and need it back. I see too many men suffering alone... there is a lack of resource for them. that needs fixed.

I think women tend to support each other more than us guys do. I think it is important for all of us to support each other. I don't participate enough in it.

Some of the most supportive people I have run across have been women & really anyone who is down to be my pal is in my "tribe." I would rather have a woman I can rely on vs a random dude, just on the virtue of him being a dude.
