Should female leaders hire men to work under them instead of women? Do men listen to women more than women do?

I’ve heard that there was a company where the female CEO hired only women and later on they were all against each other. Another company where I live with its female CEO hired men only and the company was doing fine. It is not that men are working better it’s quite the opposite. The reason why is because men are more naturally inclined to listen to woman’s orders who is in charge. One man told me it is because women are the creators of life so women are naturally the superior gender.

No, that's not it. Men generally have no problem reporting to a good leader regardless of gender. But in general women have problems when the leader and the employee are both female. Female leaders tend to treat female employees worse than male employees.
