Should women be the leaders of MEN in 2023?

Question

I've already seen feminine men in Chicago with their skinny jeans, can't tell who from who and watch the women tell bouncers and door men they are looking for a table for two as the man stands back wearing his skinny jeans and earrings. This happened for 3 weeks straight. The man looking down at the ground... passive standing behind the powerful independent woman. Is there anything wrong with this? You tell me... I am just the messenger.

Short answer: Should they be the leaders? No, because I think a healthy guy prefers to take the lead. Will they lead in many cases? Yes, because many guys are incapable of taking responsible and growing up.

Long answer: In modern society not all guys are dominant and strong (physically and emotionally) so if it works out and it´s consensual I can´t say nothing against that. It´s not I like it or would prefer it personally but if it works out. I´m just not sure if women like it, too.

I think it´s the consequence of different social developments, one of them is that there seems no clear definition of manhood. I´m not from Chicago nor from the US, but I live near a bigger city in Germany that´s also considered left wing, liberal, progressive and here many guys (about 40-50%), are either skinny or have ear rings some even septums, too. So I can relate to that.

I can see your point but I think society is changing currently seems slightly in favor of women and since guys are better at fighting against than with each other and building each other up. That´s probably going to be the norm soon.

Many women already make more money than guys and since many guys are more bothered figure out how to level in fortnite or other video games than to work out or level up their game in real life women have to take the responsibility even if they don´t want to.

Some people should lead, other people should follow. This isn’t a gendered issue. Especially in terms of personal relationships, who takes the reins when, how and why should be decided between those individuals. How I think they should treat themselves and each other is completely irrelevant. They have to live with the consequences of their choices. I don’t.
I am a strong personality. I tend to take charge when i know what i’m doing. I’m not too proud to defer to someone else who has more knowledge and experience in a given matter though, and their sex means literally nothing in relation to that knowledge and experience. The entire reason that social issues had to be screened through the sexual revolution is because it has become perfectly clear that some early gender stereotypes were flat out incorrect. The idea that we should overlook a person’s relevant knowledge and experience in any matter because of how we might feel about their genitalia is just plain ignorant. We already have too much of that. People should stop choosing ignorance.

No. Relationships are about balance, yin and yang. I'm not against a man that "takes charge" but just like women, men can be shy or anxious. There's nothing wrong with a guy expressing his fears. If my man doesn't feel like talking well then excuse me while I ask for some extra napkins. Just like how when I'm feeling particularly quiet, he'll speak up for me. And by the way I think skinny jeans and earrings on a guy are hot. Anyone can rock any look. To me, confidence sells the look, not the body wearing it.

This is a broad question and the answer is not that simple.

There have been great female leaders in the past and I'm sure there are great female leaders in our current times also. The maid of Orleans (AKA Joan of Arc) is just one example.

Therefore I would summarize my response to leaders should be those, that are able to lead properly. Otherwise GTFO of that position. Gender doesn't come into question here.
