Girls, Would you hire all men under your position as a leader or all women?

Imagine you established a business and you need employees to work under you as a powerful woman, If there was only one of the options, which one would you take? Would you prefer to have all men to be under command or all women. And why?

The place I work in now is a pretty even balance gender-wise. There are people who fill each role that are both male and female. I find that those who are assigned female at birth tend to care a bit more about their jobs just because they want to be good at it whereas men are only good at their jobs when they 1) know someone important is watching and 2) are aiming for a promotion. There aren’t many positions that get promoted in this industry, really only managers and general managers. Otherwise, they’re not worried and very not stressed about their work, which isn’t the end of the world because it’s just food service but they have no real pride in it.

Depends. If it was government work all female but if it was corporate where maybe my earnings, chances of promotion were based on the performance of those i managed then u would hire all guys. If it was the service industry I'd have all female waiting staff.

I work in an almost all female office, women are difficult and frankly lazy as well as toxic with each other.

I am in exactly that position with a restaurant/bar and there is nothing that would have me make it all one or the other. Presently we have 17 men and 2 women working in the kitchen, 3 men and 3 women bartenders, 6 girl hostesses and 24 girl servers.

There are too many weaponized feminists and if you put them all together to run the company you'll end up with a lot of very unhappy employees and maybe some cat fights!
