I can't be the judge or the jury
but I do know that I would want to be.
And I guess that I have been that person a couple times

In life we go through all kinds of emotions we go through all kinds of things that happen to us and we get angry or pissed off

And I've really thought about this there's nothing in this world that I can't handle I've had so many things happen in my life but I've always got through them and after looking back it's not a big deal I can deal with just about everything except for four or five things

And it's not that I can't deal with these four or five things it's that I don't want to deal with it I think they are wrong

I could let somebody borrow my car and they could wreck it I could get through it I could loan somebody a bunch of money and they've written me off I could get through it

The things I can't get through or I don't want to get through I want Justice in that moment is if you hurt a little kid

If you beat up on the elderly and take from them.

If you premeditate pain on somebody

If you kick your pet and beat up your pet

And if a girl says no and you force yourself on her and you take advantage of her because you're bigger and you're stronger

Those are the things that I cannot put up with I will not put up with and I would hunt you down

Now all the above is none of my business but if I was to see it happening I would have to put a stop to it

If any of the above with somebody that I knew and I wasn't around when I heard about it I would have to do something about it

Because in all these things above these are people or even pets that cannot protect themselves cannot fight back

And when somebody does something because they know that this person cannot fight back it pisses me off

I've known two girls that have been raped
One was a girl that I went to school with the other one was my niece

The one that I went to school with was at my house at a party and we went to my bedroom we started to make out I started to touch and she started crying and I asked her what was wrong and she told me and she told me who and that guy was at our party my roommates in my party and I had to tell her to stay in my room and I would be back and I had to go find a guy. I'm not going to tell you what happened but it just wasn't good

My niece told her mother who told the dad my brother my brother called me up telling me everything that happened and I told my brother to leave it alone I will deal with it but something didn't sound right
The guy who supposedly did it was only two blocks away from me. And within seconds I had a plan of everything I was going to do to him

But something was wrong something was off and I had to find out first everything and I'm glad that I did because about 2 Days later the truth came out it wasn't him it was the guy's son who was my niece's age and he was dealt with by his parents

so I'm glad that I didn't do what I was going to do because that wasn't going to be very nice either as a matter of fact it was going to be really f***** up

So it's saying all the above as long as they have the right person that took a part of somebody's soul of their spirit of their destiny and change their life forever.

Because they wanted to get off it was premeditated probably I would say I'm not against it. At the same time I would rather see somebody pay for it by putting them in a place forever that they can never leave change them forever if they were to die there's no real punishment there because they don't feel anything anymore but if they were too go to a place. Where they did not want to be and have to think about it everyday just like the girl does I think that would be more better but I don't know if I could actually control myself or if I want to I would probably be the judge and the jury and it wouldn't end up good so I have to leave it to the law and just hope that person never gets out to do it again

Against.

Death penalty should be reserved for those who commit murder. If a person is raped it is horrible... but they are still alive.

As for the term "sex offender" that is abroad brush. It can be applied to pretty much any time of crime that is some how considered sexual in nature although most people tend to think it is only a term that is used for pedophiles and or rapists.

But think...

If some guy grabs a women's ass or boobs for sexual gratification he can be considered a sex offender. If someone exposes themselves out in public , or someone shows porn to some underage person, or solicits sex from an underage person , or is a "peeping tom" , or inappropriately touches someone, or masturbates out in public, or has sex out in public... they need to be arrested.

But at the same time these are not crimes worthy of death.

I am against deathpenalty of any kind. I am for castration/spaying (not sure thats a thing with humans). If they have shown they can't controle it they shouldn't be able to use it. You would do the same with cars, guns etc.
That being said maybe not for groping, etc. While also a sex crime and maybe even deserved, there need to be a minimal where it sets in.
Punishing lighter crimes with the same penalty just removes people from holding back once there already is a crime ongoing. If murder and theft had the same sentence, some people would kill and rob instead of trying theft which often only involves property damage.

Sex offender is too general a term. Peadophiles and gang rapists absolutely. But like a guy I grew up with was convicted of rape when he was 16, later turned out his accuser was lying and got caught with WhatsApp messages to a friend about how she was lying when she slept with her friend's ex. Anyway that guy i knew would have been executed though innocent.

I'm against the death penalty in general.

We know we have executed innocent people
Its more expensive than life imprisonment

Rape has its own problems. Often its their word against each other with little or know evidence either way. It has the highest number of wrongful convictions overturned by the innocence project - mostly because of DNA evidence not because rape is necessarily over represented in wrongful convictions- can you imagine a 13 year old girl having the power to legally kill someone? Worked out really well in Salem didn't it?

For it, especially when there is dead to right evidence that proves them guilty of the crime.

Due process is something that needs to be had because of the potential of innocence of the suspect, but in the cases of catching them in the act? Forget the trial, shotgun blast to the head and get it over with.

I am for the death penalty, for any criminal that ends another persons life, in any premeditated way, OR anyone that forever alters another persons life (as in the case of forcible rape)

I have seen many cases of a drunken driver convicted of multiple DUI cases and either killing or forever crippling another driver or pedestrian. I feel these people should be put to death also...

I think death penalty is fair for repeat offenders who have done monstrous things to multiple people and that there’s sufficient evidence. I think if someone is young and immature and did it once, then learns to become a better person then no, I think they should have an opportunity to change if that makes sense.

The death penalty is barbaric. It also does not do anything as far as keeping people from doing disgusting crimes.
Now, most people will then say "well what if it was your daughter or wife.". Yes, of course we would want revenge. That is why family can't make those decisions.

I've always had the same opinion about the death penalty, no matter what the crime is...

Executions should be in public, broadcast on cable TV and the Internet, not in some dark room with a few witnesses. If we, as society, cannot handle that, then maybe we should reconsider the death penalty.

The only thing I have against the death penalty is the margin of error for innocent incarnation. If it is a cut and dry case with dna evidence, a video, etc. I'm okay with the death penalty. When it comes to SA I feel like the perpetrator should be forced to do labor for life and all the money goes to the victim or victims family.

They have to be serious sex offenders with no possibility of rehabilitation. All prisons should be chiefly designed to rehabilitate people, but some can't be. Some are so vile and twisted that they can't be "fixed". These shouldn't take up taxpayer money and resources.
