Would you describe yourself as a leader, or a follower?

Depends, I lead when I see no one fit to follow but otherwise I let others take the leading role. I like to work with a more advisory role unless a task has been graciously bestowed upon me. Once that's done then the beast within doesn't sleep till the task has been done.

My rule to follow, "is a man really worth fighting for, is he going to lead us to better life" that's pretty much it.

Both depending on context. I was a teacher, coach, labor leader, PTA chair, etc so a leader there

It really depends on what's going on if there was a big disaster I'm not even going to have time to think about it I'm getting into it and I'm going to make sure that people that are around me were all going to live

If it's something Petty and there is somebody who's supposed to be in charge I become an observer and I pay attention and if I see something go in a different direction and either somebody's going to get hurt or something negative is going to happen and I'll step up and I'll say what I have to say

But no matter the situation I will always be thinking 500 yards ahead at all times because things come up fast and you have to be able to take it on

But no matter what it is just happening you can't sit around and wait for an answer you have to take control and make things work and if there's somebody there that's not going to do that I'm going to step into it with both feet and my mouth and I'll tell people a game plan and if anybody has anything to add to it let me know b

So I say I'm a leader. And a couple other things I can tell you is that I'm not boss a supervisor or a manager those are the people I stay away from

Because most of those people love that title their titles and most of time they don't know what they're doing or talking about
