There may be a few men who hate those states, but certainly not the majority.

1 yThey're boring, and Texans have a reputation for being rude and crazy. Some Texans made my life a living hell for two years. And Kansas and Ohio people have a reputation for being slow. And the fact that the movies "Psycho" and "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" were inspired by an actual hotel in Kansas, should tell you everything you need to know.

Stereotypical Ohio person

1 yI live in Kansas. I was born near Tacoma Wa. I'm a liberal too. I'm seen as an evil person because I'm liberal. I'm not a racist either. I get crap because I don't use certain racist words or worship Donald Dump. I'm public enemy number 1. I'm not religious either and people tell me I'm going to hell. I do not fit in here and never will. It's bigoted, racist, ignorant and right wing as hell. Unless you are those kind of people you don't want to live here. Also if you're not white you're seen as not human. I'm white but I'm not proud of like people around here. There's these racist ghosts who live out in the woods burning a lower case t. Kansas sucks.

@slatyb I don't know. I've looked at Bellingham wa or further north like lynden. I've got a bachelor's in social services and a master's in library science. Library jobs are hard to get no one wants to leave. Social services jobs don't pay much. That's why I've looked at Minnesota or Wisconsin. Kind of like Washington State but not as expensive. I really want to live close to Canada. I've always wanted to go there. I know Canada has its issues but I really feel like belong there.

Hello. I recently came to the USA for my studies. To me it seems like the majority of Americans I meet are very left-leaning. When you speak of extremes like "If you're not White you're not seen as human" it seems hard to believe. Is this because people in university towns tend to be more left-wing? I'm in upstate New York by the way. Personally I disagree with many of the liberal views, but I'm not American so I don't know the correct context behind them.

@mahadeshwara try living in Kansas. Then you'll understand. I lived in a town where they skipped over the civil rights movement. Two of the teachers were clan members. There's a big clan presence there. They push out anyone who isn't white and Christian. They hate Jews to death. There's so many maga freaks there I couldn't stand it.
- 1 y
I see. I hope you can move and live in a better environment. Here I was thinking that Americans have become too politically correct, but it's interesting to know that people like the ones you mentioned are in this country too.
1 yOhio and Kansas along with the rest of the Midwest got a bad reputation for being the most boring section of the country, compared to the east and the west.
Texas in the other hand I'm pretty sure is hate by liberals the most since its been a red state for quite a long time now

1 yWhere did you get that idea from? 3/4 of the people voted for Trump. The only states that did not vote for Trump were Blue states that are part of THE DEMOCRATIC COMMUNIST PARTY OF AMERICA they are the ones that do not like the states you mentioned and they will lie, cheat, and steal to further their agenda to destroy this country.

@DARKCLOUD1945X I live in Australia. We haven't had any recent elections.
- 1 y
You have bigger problems there than here. It started when they took away your guns. That is just the start of the demise of your freedoms that are under attack. Now look at New Zealand they are screwing the natives trying to change a147 year treaty. But the native population is fighting back. WATCH YOUR GOVERNMENT BECAUSE THEY ARE WATCHING AND LISTENING TO THE PEOPLE'S CONVERSATION AND PROBABLY YOUR PHONES TOO AS THAT IS HOW OUR FIGHT STARTED, OUR GOVERNMENT SPIED ON US AND LIED ABOUT IT. DO NOT TRUST THE GOVERNMENT THEY LIE TO YOUR FACE AND SAY THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS RIGHT.
- 1 y
@DARKCLOUD1945X You nincompoop! The vast majority of Australians never had guns, among other reasons because most of us live in the six large cities, where we don't need to (for example) shoot foxes on a farm.
We never had the weird "gun culture" that you folk over there have. Most of us just don't care about guns, and besides, what do you plan on doing with that gun when you think the government has become "far too tyrannical"? - 1 y
Yeah, I forgot that you were a penal colony so you never had guns because you were criminals and criminals can't have guns. only law enforcement so the vast majority never had guns. Unlike you, we had to have guns to hunt and survive plus fight the English for our freedom from their tyrannical rule and take the land from the Native Americans Similar to you guys with your native population You on the other hand stayed subservient to England until the last century and even now they watch over you like a mother hen.
- 1 y
@DARKCLOUD1945X God, what rubbish! You don't seem to know much about history either. :D
Ex. most settlers of Australia were actually FREE, not convicts. It was only during the very earliest stages of settlement, the first couple of decades, that the majority were involved in the penal system. Besides, the British only sent them to Australia in the first place because up until then they'd been sending them to your country, the US, but then (with a lot of help from the French) you broke away.

Kansas, boring, weak economy
Texas, hot, expensive, major rights restrictions and highest rate of repeat teen pregnancies due to bad education policies10 Reply3.3K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I didn’t realize that. Please tell me why I should hate those states?
Texas is definitely trying to stop illegal migration for the rest of us. But the current administration keeps taking them to courts to stop Texas.21 Reply- 1 y

1 yMainly because of the "my religion is law" mentality people. Tons of cult-minded people who believe their religion is above the law, and if you don't follow their religion, you must be a commie or satan worshiper. It's major stupid and no one want to deal with that.
