I think medical abortions up to the end of the first trimester should be legal anywhere in the U. S.

as long as double standards exist in abortion, abortion should be totally banned

Everything short of harming others should be legal. Women made the babies so until a month after birth, they should have total ownership, including the right to kill, subject to any agreements with others.
