(I bolded "they" because I thought it was curious that he's not saying MY or OUR policy but 3rd person amorphous "they". You don't think it's because he wants to deny responsibility for his own actions do you?

Deport EVERYONE in mixed citizenship families.

You can't deport US citizens. WTAF?

Deport adult illegals. Kids, pregnant & terminal can stay.

Put EVERYONE in concentration camps 1st then sort it out there.

eVerify & fine employers for EVERY job in US & they'll self deport.

Frist off, birthright citizenship is not legitimate and any reasonable court would agree. Their parents were not citizens and not subject to our jurisdiction therefor the kids aren't citizens. Just like how American children born abroad aren't... Japanese for example. So the correct answer is that they're not citizens and should be removed along with their illegally immigrated family members. I find it so strange that you liberals want the government to be in charge of healthcare, housing, infrastructure, education, any other odd number of things that were never delegated to them; however, you don't want them to do the one job they actually exist for. It's really quite humorous.

That said, we've got millions of military aged male criminal aliens here that are committing crimes that we can and should get rid of first prior to worrying about the handful of families.

The middle section is the operative clause here. The intent of this amendment was for freed blacks that were both born here and subject to our jurisdiction. The only exemption to this is Native Americans who are born here, but generally not considered to be subject to our jurisdiction. This is why we wrote a specific bill to address in 1924 granting Natives citizenship.

Trump is right. For decades illegal aliens have been using anchor babies to circumvent our immigration laws. These freeloaders take advantage of all the welfare benefits available to US citizens even though they have never held a job or ever paid taxes.
Trump is not breaking up the families. He is deporting them all together. It is their choice at that point whether or not to break up the family. After the first few families are deported they will get the message.

@DrPepper12 The Tsarnaev brothers who detonated a couple of bombs at the end of the Boston Marathon were anchor babies, The kids at the college where Tamerlan Tsarnaev went to school (on the taxpayers dime ) with that were charged with destroying evidence were also anchor babies.

Yeah anchor babies should not be a thing. That's putting the government in a uniquely difficult position on purpose so the people being deported can guilt trip the public that they are being separated from their child. Then if you send the child with them you are still the bad guy. It's a genius manipulation tactic and the only way to fight it is to get rid of the anchor baby loophole.

I think the people that are already US citizens should be able to stay (if they choose) and the illegal people should be kicked out. Then the standards should be changed.

I guess he will have deport the whole family if part of them is legal but can’t be taken care of by a legal guardian. This is all Biden’s mess he is trying fix , half of them should not have got in the way they did, there is no easy fix for this mess, I doubt he can find them all jobs on the books paying taxes to support themselves, he definitely has to deport the criminals
