He refused to put his businesses into a trust to prevent conflicts of interests like every other president had done before him. He repeatedly traveled and booked his own venues at ridiculous overpriced costs using public money to funnel them into his own pockets.

His cabinet and advisors also used the public purse to book expensive hotels and private flights whenever they wanted. Also, aside from a few cases where they have been indicted I am pretty sure that the only reason that most of them are not behind bars inside a jail cell is because Trump preemptively pardoned them at the end of his first term.
