Do mixed race classification apply to Mixed race/blacks too or onkybonly multiracial people?

Mixed race is a growing population as people from different walks of life fall in love , fall in love and start families. This the mixed race population has boonednin certain areas of the world. Piticulary THE West. However there's a small catch.. people of African heritage aren't included especially BLACK/WHITE, BOACK/Asian, BLACK/HISPANIC and other mixed Black populations, unfortunately they have to remain under the Black label. Especially in countries like the united States. This excludes.

If you have black ancestry even just one drop they're Black man sorry.

Mixed race classification only applies To "Non-Blacks" .. Only!!!

Unless they go to Latin America where they'll be Morena or Mulatto.

I think people label you just based on your appearance and look, that’s why mixed black with any races always called black. Maybe because the gen are strong.

Well that's not really true, it's just the black features are the most prominent usually, so it's sometimes easier for them to identify with the black community. White/black are often called "mixed" or "lightskin" and do have a distinct look from fully black individuals. black/Asian is "Blasian" and black/hispanic is sometimes called "Afro-hispanic" or "Afro-latino".

Nearly everyone is mixed race to an extent. But on the census it usually means if your actual parents are both different races.
