We see how women in particular are too happy to leave men. Why should this be at the man’s expense? Why are we punished the most?

How would prenup help? If woman is trying to screw man over she will just ask to write their own prenup instead of the default one. & if she's not trying to screw him over then he wouldn't need a prenup anyway. So I don't see how that would fix the problem you describe.

My wife and I were both pretty much broke when we got married. I had less than a thousand dollars and a two year old Scout she had about two thousand dollars and an old Ford Maverick.. We talked about a prenup. We had a good laugh over it.
