What do you do to help leftists become politlcally Right leaning?

Obviously we can’t help people so far left they are beyond saving, but what things do you do to help leftists and left leaning centrists to become Right leaning?

They can't start by not being assholes who force their religion and hateful rhetoric everywhere they go.

I'm a centrist myself and even have some republican leanings on certain topics, but Republicans are also trying to nullify my marriage to my wife and hurt my trans friends and loved ones. That doesn't fly with liberals.

If you want any cohesion or leftists to side with you then you have to stop acting holier than thou about everything.

2. Realize that not even normal Democrats like illegal alien gangs in the country.

3. Understand why Trump won.

4. Lose your identity politics.

It can't be done. Conservatism is a thing of the past: it's been slowly but surely dying since the Enlightenment.

Smart and educated people understand why it's a dead-end ideology.

It may enjoy some sort of revival right now with trump and others around the world, but it'll crash and burn sooner or later.
