California is prime real estate. This brings down property prices and gets rid of problem home owners and tenants for next to nothing so corporations like black rock can buy huge tracks of land to build LA into a smart city. Buy low sell high. We saw something similar in Hawaii and Puerto Ric.

Homeless illegal immigrants and/or the drug-addicted homeless population caused the recent wildfires in and around Los Angeles, but I doubt that they're being paid or were paid. Is it possible? Sure, anything is possible. However I believe that it's the unfortunate behavior of careless and reckless people with addiction problems and/or people who don't belong here because they're Illegal immigrants.
