Yes, Newson should resign. The vast majority of blame for the severity of the Wild-Fires in LA can be laid squarely at the door of Gov Newsom and his cutting the Wild-Fire Suppression Budget to the bone and beyond, failing to ensuring Emergency Water Supply Reservoirs were operational and at full capacity, and all Fire Engines were on Station not stuck in Maintenance Yards not being repaired due to cuts to the Maintenance budget.

Gov Newsom FAILED in his job across the board.

Absolutely.. Why he hasn't been recalled yet is beyond me.. He's had plenty of chances to make sure the wild fires were under control, and yet he fumbled every single last one.. And then had the nerve to do a photo Op..

Absolutely. He should have been gone a long time ago.

The good news is, here in California the tide seems to have turned and even my staunchly liberal friends and family seem no longer willing to overlook Newsom's lies and failures. He must go, and the sooner, the better. And he must be replaced by someone competent, honest and visionary who is willing to work outside the deeply entrenched liberal groupthink, and make difficult decisions that may not produce huge results in the near future, but are necessary for the long term health of the state. There is a LOT of damage to be undone, and that will take time. People need to be patient.

The wildfires would be a mess under any California Governor. Need I remind everyone how Ted Cruz & Greg Abbott handled the ‘Winter Storm’ incident?

Okay so, here is the deal… I also heard Democrats wanting him to resign due to the fact he wants to work with the Trump Administration which I want to break their hearts for a second, it doesn’t matter who is in the Oval Office. You need Federal Funds to help your local citizens, so clearly you need to work with whoever the US President is. Compare that to Abbott & Desantis which both worried about ‘Biden Looking Good’ if he were to help with the crisis of their Red States so they refused Federal Help in the ‘Winter Storm’(Texas) and ‘Covid19 Hospitalizations’(Florida).

I need more than just Democrats being politically biased against Newsom for trying to work with Trump and Republicans just being biased against ‘Radical Left’.

Im not an American... but he is governor of California for 5 years and can't figure out how to prevent such wildfires. Because of it there are 27 fatalities and almost 13 000 structures destroyed. He should be in jail.
