Are people in schools so dumb they don't know what a $2 bill is?

A 14-year old girl tried to pay for her lunch at school with a real $2 bill. She was arrested for using counterfeit money.

Trivia: Two-dollar bills were not used very much because the original cash drawers in stores didn't have a place for them, they only had places for $1, $5, $10 and $20 dollar bills.
