There are a few different versions if this ranging from us living inside the hollow earth to there being a secret civilization inside there or whatever.

That said, I think my favorite is still one dude who believes that pretty much every rock formation is the sign of a fossilized giant creature from the bible or whatever. We are talking about dragons the size of continents and giants etc..

Flat Earth because why are people not falling off of it?

Flat earth is, in my opinion, the absolute worst one because sailors had already figured this one out at least as far back as the ancient Greeks, before we also had buildings tall enough to observe curvature on the horizon, or planes, space travel, etc to further confirm it.

To be fair, I've only met one person in my life who seriously believes in the flat earth... And he's currently an RN.

All the others sound probable, with the one about Reptilians being perhaps the one most misinterpreted - they might be seemingly humans, but with psychopathic, needlessly cruel minds, sparking theories about those humans being actually shapeshifting reptiles, with reptilian brains.
