No actual report from these scientists has been provided. This is hearsay and clickbait journalism. If you read on, the article actually explains how the skull is most likely the result of head binding.

How is it possible for the entire structure of a building to fail at the same time in a way which would allow the whole thing to collapse at free fall speeds neatly into its own footprint and doubly so when the damage is asymmetrical?
You do not need any kind of specialist knowledge to understand that this is simply not possible and that the only way this could happen is with a controlled demolition and controlled demolition means inside job.
So you can blame someone else.
But as I say, just keep it simple for a moment, only focus on the building collapse.
You should be capable even with only an observed understanding of physics from your own life experience to be able to identify that it is not possible for a building to collapse in that manner without it being a controlled demolition.
Even if you ignore the asymemtrical damage and pretend for a moment that you are a wizard and you can just delete 10 stories of the building (that is being generous also but it really doesn't matter) so that the top falls exactly straight down into the remaining structure and even if you say that the force is some how great enough to cause the rest of the tower's structure to fail symetrically, in order for it to fall at free fall speeds that structure has to offer essentially no resistance what so ever.
Hundreds of thousands of tonnes of steel reinforced concrete, no resistance.
Cannot happen.

No steel reinforced concrete building has ever collapsed as a result of fire in entire history of man kind.
