all the time and most people don't even give it a second thought because I'm not fat, quite the opposite.
its become far too normalized to comment on skinny peoples bodies. I'm not talking average (120-180lbs) I'm 5ft,9" 110lbs. and i couldn't count the amount of times I've been I'm "lucky" or "can eat whatever i want"
its not some fun super power, despite the fact i need to constantly eat, people treat me like some anorexic who starves himself.
not to mention that no matter how much protein i eat, how much i exercise, my arms remain needle thin.10 Reply

11.4K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I was publicly shamed by my high school gym teacher for not having bulging muscles. I was a competitive swimmer in high school and college, which means I had (and have) a "swimmer's body". My HS gym teacher thought I should have had bulging muscles and should have been lifting and not swimming. He said this until my father (a competitive swimmer himself) had a "polite conversation" with him, at which point the harassment stopped. I did not enjoy an adult calling me names, and we damn near came to blows until my father kindly intervened, which led to a public apology.

1 yNot really body shames, but just before my father's passing, he dressed me down for being vastly overweight. Among his words were,"I'm the father, you're the son. You're supposed to bury me, but gain any more weight, I may have to bury YOU. Is that what you want, boy?"(I was 36 at that time). He lived about four months after that, passing away Feb.26,1990 at age 76 due to a pulmonary embolism.

I'm very sorry for your loss. Sometimes fathers have an odd way of showing how much they care for you.
@Staximus He was and so am I. At 5'81/2", I'm presently 193 pounds (I lost about seven pounds due to a stomach bug going around my assisted living centre), and though possessing 161/2-inch arms, I should likely be between 165 and 178 lb.
Anonymous(25-29)1 yYes. All the time. Funny thing about it? One day I get told I’m fat and ugly and need to work out. The next day people are saying I’m beautiful and have such a nice figure.
One thing I’ve taken from my experience is to not give a single fuck about what people say. Everyone likes different things and a lot of the time people are so vile and rude because they’re jealous or because they hate themselves. This is a FACT.
A girl from work who HATES my guts for absolutely no reason, once was super drunk and randomly told me how I have such an amazing body etc and it made so much sense to me that she’s just jealous (and because im the best worker in the department)
But it shows that when you are doing your best and looking your best, people HATE that, they really do and it’s even worse when you’re a really nice person.
So never ever take what people say to heart because it genuinely is just a reflection of them.00 Reply
1 yBy jealous fat pigs with small penises and loose vaginas who couldn’t lose weight themselves while I became thin within a year of no exercise 🎉🎉
I became the only complete package while they burned with jealousy the whole time. It’s never about one thing. It’s about the person as a whole. They kept bragging about just one or two attractive traits they had failing to realise real me is still the complete package way above them 💯

That is treatable although I don't think invisibly so if surgery is required. Here is what AI says:
AI Overview
Learn more:
Gynecomastia, also known as "man boobs," is a condition where enlarged breast tissue develops in males. Treatment options include:
Observation:
In mild cases, gynecomastia may resolve on its own over time, especially in adolescents.
Medication:
Aromatase inhibitors (e. g., anastrozole) can block the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, reducing breast tissue growth.
Anti-androgens (e. g., spironolactone) can block the effects of estrogen on breast tissue.
Surgery:
Liposuction: This procedure removes excess fat tissue from the breast area.
Gynaecomastia surgery: This involves removing both fat and glandular tissue from the breast.
Other Considerations:
Lifestyle changes: Losing weight, exercising regularly, and reducing stress can help improve hormone balance and reduce breast tissue growth.
Underlying medical conditions: Treating underlying conditions such as liver disease, kidney disease, or certain medications can sometimes help alleviate gynecomastia.
The best treatment option depends on the severity of the condition, the underlying cause, and the patient's individual preferences. It is important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the most appropriate treatment plan.
