I don't even understand why a person would want "everyone" to like them. People are exhausting. I'm the opposite. I curate my friend group constantly. And I don't make it easy for new people to approach me. I just want a small group of friends I can depend on.
In general it's probably easier/faster to get disliked then liked. On the other hand if you try to be obnoxious, there's probably someone to like that as well.
So if you attempt to get some 100% like or 100% dislike ratio, you'd most likely fail both those targets.
So yes. Meeting either "liked by everyone" or "disliked by everyone" would be hard or maybe even impossible.
