I am at best a pseudo-extrovert, being more introverted and extrovert when my job or life demands it of me.


I think life would be more purposeful , less hectic , and more considered. People would be more present especially , kinder , compassionate and supportive.


A lot or what i feel is distasteful in our world today , the disrespect and lack of awareness , the inconsiderate selfishness , would evaporate as extroverts are always in a hurry , talking but saying nothing , rarely listening as they wait impatiently for the tiny break in conversation before grabbing the spotlight and mic for themselves. They’re hurried , frantic and chronically stressful lives squeezing attention and validation from every waking second never taking a second to just breathe and “be” … this they consider getting the “most” out of life.. ah the irony


I really think I like the sound of this introvert world , when does the shuttle leave?

I don't really know the answer to it. Though I know it would be a much deeper world it would be a much more truthful world. calmer world more beautiful world

But at the same time.
There's always going to be those people that want to. Cheat want to manipulate, Want to control. Other for there gain. .

But it is a truly beautiful thought.

Wait, can they rule the world?

World is full of all kinds of people good bad and evils. But for the introvert, only thing matters a cozy comfortable space for themselves. They don't want to deal with chaotic situation or any kind of disturbance. So if there were some introvert king, he will simply go inside some forest letting whole world behind on their own. And this situation can't survive for any longer. Soon there would be someone else will make themselves as a ruler and the introvert king will not care about it, any bit.

That's why we need democracies that are majority introverts. Elect extroverts, then get rid of them when they inevitably hurt people.

Even if it's a democracy. And if still introvert become the ruler democratically there won't be much difference. Introverts can be more thoughtful or wise but they don't want to socialize. They don't want to take part in gathering etc. Whenever they are out in gathering because of some kind of compulsion they feel like go back to their home as soon as possible. They try to avoid conflict or any argument. So they don't speak out their mind all the time. So I don't think they can actively take part in maintaining democracy even.

Ok sure we can vote by mail I agree. But how to know about ground reality? By drones? How to discuss our political plans and how to make and implement secret plans what we don't want anyone else to know without involving others into it? How to make person feel connected or heard? How to establish credibility? How to win trust of people that they are actually get ruled by humans whom they trust not by robots or machine? Will these introvert will attend day to day meetings? Will they interact with people on regular basis? How to make them to believe there is full transparency and no corruption? How and whom to give accountability? To those robots or drones or cctv, machines etc out there?

A lot of people saying negative points for an introvert like “cowardice” or “lack of care/compassion/intervention.”

It illuminates their pov of introverts or what an introvert is. Considering they’re an extrovert… it’s kind of strange they would NOT know what an introvert is like. Or have at least, piece of a credible idea.

I just want to point out. There are great writers and scientists, and all, who are “married to their work” and have low social scales. It’s why a bright mind may seem to lack ‘street smarts,’ or “not empathize well with certain people, socially.” A good example of this was: Isaac Newton- who did not marry. Not a woman; not a man; not a dog. Good riddance. Was he a coward? Was he in some way impaired or incapable? He made great discovery and contribution. Simply said.

Introverts still attend schools and still receive learning. As anyone else. At the end of the day it’s not how well you can talk to another person, that directly or

primarily affects your ability to learn a skill. Especially if you’re studying that skill, and it’s just *you* and *the information* in front of you. Yeah, you need enough to ask questions and hear the person, but at the end of the day, you have to put your own pen on paper. Pedal to the metal. You have to be the doer.

There are mute people. Deaf people. Are they cowards? Are they incapable or incompetent? Intelligence is not communication alone. That’s part of it. Their ability to vocalize or relate to another doesn’t directly or primarily affect their ability to *retain information and carry out action.*

An introvert isn’t a good or bad person exclusively. Once could say. It can go either way.

I myself, have experience socializing publicly, and can do small talk and be friendly. Approachable. Cordial as necessary. It doesn’t mean I desire it. I enjoy my times spent alone with the things I enjoy best. People can be draining to me. That’s not an lie. Annoy me at times. But I’ve always wished good on them. I share and have expressed humanitarian traits. I have been protective with family and friends. My ratio includes: more time in solitude than with community. I prefer it that way. I appreciate it. I am CERTAINLY an introvert, but I am surely not a coward nor ill-brained. Whenever I can do good for another I have always done so.

Introverts, indeed with the right qualities of a leader, or human in general, can lead. I would say they could be more qualified in some instances, if they are introverted because what could be discovered in relation to being such, is they don’t have too much ungratefulness or irritability. Not 10 times out of 10 but still.

They will have greater chances of not being a people pleaser. The chances are not 0. But I would assume they’d be greater than expected or the norm. I think ultimately how they interacted socially wouldn’t matter much.

Performance speaking they’d have more room and time to get things done, but they could still very well be a procrastinator. A plethora of things that hinder productivity.

It’s also like this: a public relations specialist may not be a great leader. And a public relations specialist could very well be an exceptional leader. Public relations speakers do great with people and the typical behaviors with it. This doesn’t determine their ability to make the best decisions, work hard, or take action for the good. It doesn’t directly impact integrity.

It’s not how well they talk to another. It’s the personal values they hold. The issues they see and willingness to alleviate those problems. It’s their work ethic. They have to have a good nature, overall. Not be selfish, and not busy being insecure of themselves, or seeking other things that simply takes away from the bigger picture and what should be main priority.

At most, an introvert would need a faculty to help with this specific aspect, or they’d have to work harder to do it: public speaking and public transparency. At some point, they’d *have*** to be able to figure out what holds back their public community, and they’d **have* to inform what steps they’re taking to reduce specific dilemmas, and consequently- increase solutions and stability. At some point, they will have to talk with another- their fellow man, to bring about widespread change, and to more importantly- cultivate trust, while they “take the reins.”

Why? Because we’re a community and a team. We’re a pack species. Even with wolf packs or lion prides, some form of communication is had, in order to increase safety and success. Of the entire group. So they can’t be ANTI Social. They have to find ways to bridge the gap where it counts, but can they be leaders and take charge? Certainly. It’s not all on this one thing specifically, which determines in some definitive way, if they will be great or not.

How would it possibly look like? More quiet, and more productive; maybe less confrontational, and ideally- less flamboyant or showing off. Ideally.

It can look various ways. Simply said, they’d need what introverts usually need. Recharge times. Moments of quiet. This is all we can say with certainty. Because it’s in alignment with what introverts usually are.

Introverts by default, may not be saints, but they’re not “retards” (excuse the language) or hopeless/helpless cases. And we’d be crazy to assume we would know what it looked like, to the tee.

I think what’s important to avoid is anyone with anti social behavior. That behavior has been linked to negative results and it wouldn’t be in the best benefit to have such demographics in roles of leadership- with direct impact on our society. Introverts aren’t ANY LESSER than their extroverted counterparts. All this means is they may need more time to charge. With practice, some anxious introverts can be great public speakers. That’s another thing. Introverts aren’t always synonymous or found to be highly anxious or score low at public speaking/ presenting. They can be well versed as the extrovert can and just need the added recharge time. I think a plus is some introverts can be mindful of what they say earlier on in development and onwards. This could be a great benefit but it’s important I add some extroverts can learn this with time. They just may not always be as aware to it as their counterparts might’ve been.

I think with what ideas surround the term introvert it should only consist of more recharge times and a greater chance of preferring alone time. I don’t think anxiety or other things like being mute or anti social behavior (its own thing) should be grouped with such a term or imagined cause what we’re discussing here is the person’a ability to communicate with others. Their social meters.

Their energy at the end of the day to harmonize with others with fluidity. And the ability to tolerate others. I don’t know for certain why they’d need a recharge but for myself it was always just being tired of caring actively and servicing those I cared for. I wasn’t opposed to the idea, but day after carrying out a great birthday celebration and hosting that, I’d need to recharge or spend half the time socializing than an extrovert would, and maybe the extra time be resting or doing things here and there. I want the best for others, but I’m not Superman, and comments others have shared can be offensive to me or my expectations can get in the way of how I hoped things would play out. It’s because of this also I need time to recharge and reassess everything. Process. I’m introspective when I process and value this part of my life.

I suppose all in all this has gotten me curious to look more closely at the two types of people. Especially see how it applies to my life.

What reasons would an introvert need to recharge. Is this part of their solving problems or coping?

I know for one, when I’d have some family arguments I would just walk away if both were equally heated and the conversation went nowhere. I feel this keys in to my introversion. Instead of beat them to a pulp I retreat within myself and reflect. I try not to project things or escalate things outwardly. I also do my best not to harbor things inwardly. BUT WHY why do any of us need the recharge? There are people who pull all nighters or get drunk and hang. Do they recharge? Do they not need it cause they have their substances with them? Now I’m genuinely curious lol

Well I’m an introvert and I believe if I ruled the world, I would speak up for those without a voice / those that don’t know they had a voice also make sure the system works for everybody not just the richest few who inherited wealth therefore inherited success as the working man/woman gets screwed over. I know this because I have been consistent in my words and actions.

I will tell you this, every politician has the capacity to lie more than the capacity to tell the truth unless their base leans harder towards the truth they predetermined so they can utilize it to win the grand prize. Introverted leaders don’t exist because you need a confident way of speaking, a smooth way of talking, and you have to meet with people & talk with people at rallies… Introverts ain’t got no shot and even if they did, we have the capacity to be as greedy / scumbaggy as some politicians can be especially downright dirty. People and lots of individuals willing to try and blend with this social media and pretend etc is a personal choice, and may be highly fake or just trying to copy or imitate this "social success" or however advertised or percieved.

It seems to me most people are introverted, or rather average. They are just more affected with what is advertised and marketed. Especially quite forcefully these days.
