If being black is so hard and being white is so easy then why do all biracial people identify as black and not white?

Jim crow laws started the "One Drop rule." Jim crow laws was common till the 1960, only 60 years ago. Let's be honest slower promenitly till the 2000s maybe even 9/11 as a tipping point of domestic racism to foreign racism.

So the average age for majority of law makers today grew up in amd in the after math reluctantly of Jim crow laws.

To even start to respect this question line of thinking no one alive remembers 9/11/2001. While a remembered date is also a tipping point for the internet availability.

Because they can't be accepted by a large portion of the White population if they have even slightly brown skin. But the non White population is accepting of a wide range of skin tones. You identify with the people who see you as part of their group.

Because white supremacy doesn’t allow biracial children to identify as caucasian. One drop of any other race in your blood means you are “impure” and so not white. This has been the culture and social rule of thumb for some time now.

There were no laws preventing white people from charging black people money to vote, and then be faced with a series of political history questions, and denying them the right to vote if they got one question wrong and keep their money even though it costs nothing to vote. We currently need laws and the existence of the EEOC to guarantee that personal biases don’t prevent employers from not hiring a qualified individual based on their race.

Because all racist considers Biracial people as black/Asian/arab. In other words, the racists are not being very hospitable so they feel more welcome and part of literally any other ethnicity.
