If President Obama stood on stage with a chainsaw and declared he was cutting aspects of the federal government to cut taxes for the wealthy, then people would expose the high level of division and partisanship that is exhibited in the so-called "United" States. While the wealthy individuals would be more likely to support him, his political opponents in Congress, general politics, and news programs such as Faux News and Nooseweek are likely to use his apparent flip-flop as a propaganda tool, arguing that his actions would destroy the economy to convince his supporters to betray him. As for the Democrats that voted for President Obama, apparently, they would stop supporting him based on the fact that they strongly oppose tax cuts for the rich, causing his approval rating to heavily decline. As for United States Congress, they would definitely attempt to impeach him, and because Obama lacks the "complexion for protection" that Trump possesses, Obama would likely be in office before you know it.
