I don't think he said thank you a single time for crashing planes out the sky, the high-speed rail he took the money never completed, and his illegal rocket launches.

Appreciation requires strength trump and fools lack. They are distracted by selfishness and the hunt for private and personal gain. His followers still believe this moves have anything to do with or for them.
